Annie Handbags® are handcrafted with the finest quality skin. We stand by the quality and artisanship of each handbag. With proper handling and care you will enjoy your handbag for a life time and pass it down through generations.

Due to the uniqueness of each handbag they can differ in appearance.  Crocodile, python, and ostrich skins can sometime have natural markings and should not be considered imperfections.  Annie Handbags are handcrafted, due to the uniqueness and area of the animal the skins may differ slightly.

Annie Handbags ®are custom orders. We allow our client to choose the style, color, and skin therefore, there are no refunds unless there is a manufacturer’s error. In the rare occurrence handbags that are returned due to a manufacturer’s error must be returned to us within 7 days and will be repaired free of charge. The customer must notify us immediately and will be provided a repair order number along with prepaid postage.

Shipping

Standard insured shipping is always free.  Express or overnight insured shipping is optional and rates will be quoted before client is charged.

Method of payment

We require a 50% deposit on all orders. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks.

Delivery

Annie Handbags are handcrafted by master craftsmen and due to the defined process orders take 6-8 weeks. Advance notification will be given in the occurrence that handbags will take longer for delivery.
